This document is implemented for EHS guidelines to the Anagha Electrical Enterprises Project staff, Sub-Contractors engaged in Projects and Annual Operation and Maintenance staff etc.
Anagha Electrical Enterprises promises the health and safety of our employees, Clients, who all are involve in our projects and Operation sites are our top priority. All employees and business partners are required to comply with this policy and our commitments as mentioned below
* Staff who all are engaged in the project work erection, testing & commissioning and annual operation and maintenance must be skilled and qualified in these fields. They must also be familiar with all appropriate, current statutory requirements and local regulations. Before starting any work read the required manual carefully with tool box talking to get aware with the work and machineries operation with control panels including all systems and controls and shut down devices. Many accidents result from a failure to observe fundamental safety rules and precautions.
* For project sites there are so many possible hazards that can be happen during the time including AMC work which cannot always be predicted. Therefore, a warning cannot be included in this manual for every possible circumstance that might involve a potential hazards. However every hazard required to be treated as per the norms indicated.
* For projects sites erection work need to be ensure proper care is taken so that no damage to men and material. Please use proper equipments, tools and tackles. Work place should have proper escape routes. An escape map may be displayed in the work area which should be clearly visible to all would be helpful during any accident or fire.
* Required to provide proper fire extinguishers in all work place and operation sites.
* Required to provide hazard signs for electrical panels, storages of fuel and lubricants etc.
* Personal Protection Equipments like -Safety helmets, hand gloves, goggles and ear plugs for protection of all DG operators, engineers and staff would make them safe, while working in projects and AMC sites.
* Ensure proper guards and protections for all moving parts.
* Taking care of storage areas with proper stalking and providing fire extinguishers.
* Please ensure no oil leakages in the area like work place as they are fire hazards.
* Please ensure diesel handling need appropriate precaution they are also fire hazards.
* Please ensure proper care is taken while lifting of equipments, check the capacity of the lifting cranes should be adequate.
* Earthing of all electrical equipments should be proper as per the rules.
* Data Centre operation services and DG operation services employees should keep tools and other metallic objects away from uncovered batteries. Use tools covered with proper insulations to avoid possibility of shorting battery connections and live panels.
* Please ensure to display proper warning boards for NO SMOKING at all working sites.
* Dispose the waste materials from site to the allotted areas as per the local Government body rules and regulations.
* Disconnect the batteries in case of persons working on the DG set including welding.
* Prepare and keep in record the inspection check list before each and every time as per the terms and conditions.
* For AMC sites need to follow the maintenance schedule as recommended by OEM as per attached list and also record the data as per given formats and recorded every day.
* Please ensure to avoid the use of drugs, alcohol, chewing tobacco at working sites..
